My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home, and Kelly was recommended to us by another friend. We found her to be helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all our "first timer" questions. Kelly offered her expert opinions, while really listening to key things we were looking for in a home, and guided us in making a great deal in a potentially scary market. Kelly was more than a realtor for us, and made us feel that she had an investment in our future happiness in our home. I appreciate her willingness to walk us through the process every step of the way and her friendly attitude meant a lot. Since purchasing, she still periodically checks in with us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Atlanta area market.

Kelly is not just a Realtor, she is an advocate. As a first time home buyer, there were many aspects of the process that were difficult to understand. Kelly was always available and helped me every step of the way. She made sure that the inspection was complete, financing was as competitive, and I was happy. I ended up getting a house that was well below market value BUT in a great location. I could not be more satisfied and I always recommend her to my family and friends.

This agent returned phone calls/e-mails quickly, was easy to contact, and very accommodating. She is also very patient.

Kelly was such a great help in selling the rental property my family owned. The tenants moved and we had some extenuating circumstances of our own and needed to sell the property quickly. We were very pleased with her service and will call on her for future real estate needs.

As first time home buyer, I am very lucky to have Kelly as my agent. When I first met her, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and friendly attitude. Although I'd participated in a home buyer education workshop prior to working with her, Kelly was still able to breakdown the purchasing process and make the experience both seamless and painless. Kelly was very knowledgeable, provided quick responses/feedback, and recommended a top notch team which included a fantastic mortgage broker, closing attorney, and home repair contractors. Most importantly, I appreciated her professionalism, honest opinions, and personal attention.

Kelly did a phenominal job showing me all potential places in my price range and then once I chose the best applicbale place, Kelly went and helped get me that place at the best possible price. She worked diligently to get everything done properly, efficiently, and cost effective.
