Best experience I have ever had working with a contractor! Between dealing with a leak and the insurance company Eric was the perfect person to work with and the quality of the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone and plan to use him again for future issues.

After an exhaustive interview process of contractors, I chose Eric to completely redo 2 bathrooms in my older home. I could not have made a better choice. Eric and his crew were extremely professional throughout the process and never missed a promise in respect to scheduling and cost. This company went above and beyond and I will definitely use them again!

I had an electrical issue and needed to find an electrician. Luckily, I came across Guinness Construction Services. I left a voicemail on Friday afternoon and received a callback from Eric, the owner-president, later that evening. Although such an act seems minor, I was impressed that Eric would return a customer call after "normal" business hours. Today, as promised, Eric and Larry came to my house and efficiently resolved my electrical issue. Both Eric and Larry were professional, knowledgeable, and honest in their assessments. In addition, I thought that the fee charged was very fair and reasonable. If you have a home maintenance or remodeling issue, I highly recommend calling Guinness. I know that I will be using them again soon.

I had Eric finish my basementhe finished a bath, bedroom and a bar. I am so happy! The quote was accurate, and he was so easy to work with. He gave me great ideas and I would recommend him to anyone!

When my salon had a major leak in the outside wall, I had Guinness Construction come in to repair it. The crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. I had no trouble with communications. They handled everything from dealing with my landlord to getting the other contractors scheduled. All work was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

My wife and I wanted to move but couldn't sell our home. So we thought to just remodel instead. Eric and Guinness came in and gave us a blank slate to start with and then gave me and my family an unbelievably fantastic design plan. They gave us a wonderful quote and with-in hours of finalizing our design plans, Guiness had already started the project-ball rolling. They finished the remodel ahead of schedule, on budget and with an honesty and quality that can only be reached by being the best. Great integrity, craftsmanship and value. Thanks again Eric. We look forward to using Guinness Construction again.

The Guinness Construction team impressed me through the entire process of finishing our basementfrom the quote until the last touch-up. Their pricing to finish our basement was quite fair and their attention to detail was 1st rate. Our entire family enjoys the extra space that we have now and Guinness did such an outstanding job that it just feels like a natural extension of our housesome of the details are even nicer than the rest of our house! And I know that their work is excellent quality since I am a perfectionist and pay close attention to every detail and have had 2 other basements finished in the past. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I had a large (for us) addition put on the back of our house (kitchen). These guys made it so easy for us. They came out gave us a quaote and got it done. Really, I went to work and came home with work actually done. My wife love the result and it was worth every penny to see my family enjoy the kitchen daily. They really took the uncertainty out of the process for us. I will deffently use Guinness Construction again. I recommend them to you.
