Janet did an outstanding job with selling my house. She educated me on the market conditions at the time and what to expect during the process. She always followed up with potential buyers and kept me informed of their feedback on the house. She also helped me purchase another house and again always kept me informed, she did research on the area and gave me enough information to make and informed decision. She is the best! I can't say enough about Janet. I started the process of buying a house with a few vague notions about what I wanted and what to look for. Lucky for me, I found Janet via her fantastic reviews on Kudzu. She was there with me through the entire process, and I am very glad she was. She was prompt, honest, prepared, and eager to help. Most importantly though, she was very knowledgeable. The house I ended up buying was a new foreclosure, and was not finished yet. She had the number of every type of contractor I needed - electrical, water proofing, landscaping, plumbing, security, utility companies, lawyers, mortgage brokers, everything! Not only that, every contractor was someone that she had used before successfully and trusted. She made sure that I called everyone to set everything up, and even weeks after the closing was finished reminded me that I still had a few things to take care of.

While looking at houses she provided insight into what things to look for concerning resale (such as being near power lines, quality of schools even though I have no children, etc). She went over the contract with me line by line to make sure I understood it. Even though I was a first time home-buyer, I felt completely confident in the process with Janet on my side. I've already referred one of my friends to her, and recommended her to anyone and everyone who needs a real estate agent.

We contacted Janet to sell our town home in Smyrna last October based on the positive reviews on Kudzu.com. Janet came prepared with market analysis and put our listing on the market within days. She’s always courteous, honest, and attentive. And she’s an excellent communicator. Selling a home in this down market was not an easy task, but Janet stood by us during the worst market conditions. She followed up with every showing and gave us feedback promptly. She’s knowledgeable, experienced and detail-oriented. She worked tirelessly with us and through difficult situations until the home was sold this year. She’s a five-star agent. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

This review is long overdue. Janet helped me and my s.o. buy our first house in December of 2007. She was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know as first time buyers and helped us find a home that we enjoy as our 'starter house'. When it comes time to sell, I'll definitely be contacting Janet.

As first time home buyers, a relationship with Janet is indispensable. We initially decided to go forward with Janet as our real estate agent because of her incredible efficiency in getting back to us quickly with any information we needed, and also because of her flexibility in meeting with us to show properties on a moment’s notice. As attorneys with busy and hectic schedules, Janet was amazing at working around our schedules and gave up many of her nights and weekends to show us properties. As we progressed through the search process, Janet’s services remained nothing but excellent. In addition, Janet is a real estate agent whom you can trust completely; she always has your best interest in mind. To illustrate, I was getting impatient with the buying process because we kept encountering competing offers. At one point when this happened, I got a bit reckless and was ready to submit an offer on a property which wasn’t really what we wanted. Janet recognized this immediately, and instead of looking out for herself and just going forward with our offer, she talked me down from the ledge and helped me think a bit more rationally about what we were about to do. To this day, I am so thankful that we did not make that offer and I am eternally grateful for her honesty and sensitivity to our needs. I can say without hesitation that Janet will help you find your perfect home and will make sure that you stop at nothing less.

A year ago, my husband and I were ready to move from Dalton, GA to Kennesaw. We tried another agent from another company first, but they seemed distracted and failed to move forward when we liked a property.
After losing two houses, we were really interested in, a friend recommended Janet. Then we found out that Janet had helped two other friends as well.
She did an incredible job! To begin with, during the first day, we saw more houses than we'd seen in the 2 months of working with the other agent.
There was one house that we knew was perfect for us. But someone else had placed a bid on it, so we sighed and pressed on. However, Janet kept an eye on it, and when it suddenly became available again we were able to jump in with an offer. It was accepted and we got a wonderful house at $30,000 below its value. Every inspector we sent to the house told us over and over that we'd gotten an incredible deal.
She is smart, fun, professional and she always made us feel like we were her top priority. I recommend her to anyone who tells me they are looking for a house. I even recommended her to my mother!
You will not regret working with Janet as your agent!

We decided to use Janet to sell our home because of her professionalism, excellent communication and the way she made us at ease with any and all of the process of selling our home. She was very thorough, and effective. WE SOLD OUR HOME IN 7 DAYS! In this market, that speaks volumes for the realtor we chose. To feel as though you are the only person that matters to your realtor is an amazing aspect of what Janet had to offer my wife and I. Once Janet found that we were looking for a home, she gave us the attention we needed yet the freedom we desired. Janet helped us sell our home in a tough market at a very reasonable price and helped us find our next home. Janet is detailed, attentive, and very thorough regarding her work with great follow-up. She has an excellent network team of support vendors to deal for house repairs, inspections, closings, surveying, etc. Save yourself time and frustration, and make it a happy and less stressful experience.
