Just like the reviewer below, our basement flooded in the big rain storm. We checked with other contractors and during this process Seth sent out multiple people to assess where the water leaked into the house without even knowing he was going to get the job. Once the project started everything ran smoothly and we finished on budget even with a few small upgrades. He was professional and friendly during the whole process. We'll definitely use him again with any other projects we have.

After my basement was trashed by the storms they came out and within days everyting was redone. I highly recomend this company.

Seth and his team did an amazing job on my Druid Hills home! It was built in 1920 and had original plumbing, electrical and no HVAC, plus bathroom renovations and a complete kitchen gutting and remodel, and other aesthetic updates. They did an amazing job, for a great value, and did not deviate from the proposed budget. The work was done quickly and professionally. Seth was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him, and already have to friends and neighbors! Seth is a superb General Contractor to work with and has very good subcontractors. Thanks again Seth and team for a job well done!

Seth and crew finished our terrace level on time and within budget. The quality of the job was first rate and still holds up after more than 5 years. The work included almost 2000 sq ft including a full kitchen. Seth came up with some great design ideas to improve on our original thought and we're very pleased.

I contracted Seth to finish my basement. This was no small feat as the project was 3500 square feet and included a full kitchen,home theater,living room,home gym,laundry room, bedroom ,1.5 baths and a game room. This was a complex project and Seth and his team completed the job on a timely basis and under budget.We could not be happier with the finished product. The basement is now the favorite part of our house.

Seth Simoni and his company Trade Services and Labor Group (TSLG) are top-notch. We had extensive renovations to do on a limited budget and a limited time frame to do it. Seth is a machine! He got everything done properly, quickly, and under-budget. We couldn't ask for more under a GC. You can call him any time and he'll get his sub-contractors (who are very professional and nice) to do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. He's also just a nice guy to deal and ALWAYS wanted to see us get the most bang for our buck. It's not surprising everyone else gives him rave reviews because he derserves it. I'll be calling him again for future projects.

Seth managed the installation of an elevator in our home. That went well, so we asked him to build a screened porch. That also went well, so we asked him to finish our basement. We are delighted with the result in each case. Seth understands construction and he knows how to make things happen. He has good ideas, and working with him is a pleasure. I would not call anyone else.

I had a problem with water in my basement for a number of years that proved to be difficult to solve. The problem resulted around a stone retaining wall at the entrance to my home. I called the 2 top commercial "waterproofing experts" and they had absolutely NO SOLUTION for my problem. I contacted 3 general contractors and 1 of them wanted to do a costly, complete excavation of the retaining wall to evaluate and then recommend repairs. I'm still waiting on the 2nd contractors quote. Seth Simoni was the 3rd contractor. Seth had a more direct plan and attacked the problem at the base of the wall by removing portions of the stone wall where it was attached to the home. He quickly found the source of the problem to be shoddy workmanship where the wall was attached to the house. He made the necessary repairs, waterproofed the area, installed a new drain, and now I no longer get water in the basement as the recent downpour of rains have provided all the proof I need. Seth also installed a beautiful flagstone patio at the entrance to my home. Seth is very committed to providing outstanding service, quality, and all at a very fair price. I'm very satisfied and pleased to have met Seth and plan to include him in my future remodeling plans. I highly recommend you give Seth a call. RICK
