YMG does monthly progress check-ins to make sure you are meeting your goals, and using YMG, my husband and I have lost body fat and gained muscle tone. He even went down a pants size in 2 months! YMG is the best personal training you can find in Atlanta, and we strongly recommend them.

I thought when I was looking for a trainer that I would end up with someone who had an incredible fitness level, so far above mine, that it would be intimidating. Lauren was so refreshing. She was reassuring that starving wasn't the answer and was so encouraging and really taught me how to lose weight the healthy way. If I hadn't moved out of her area, I'd still be with Lauren.

If you are looking to drop weight the healthy way with a real person who doesn't make you feel like a slacker, call Lauren. She's awesome

Making Your Mobile Gym a part of your workout is a perfect choice for the New Years resolutions. Lauren keeps you challenged and always brings lots of variety to the workouts. Her emphasis on inner core exercises will have an immediate change on your daily life. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Your Mobile Gym. Lauren is a wonderful trainer and very effective. I learned so much about how to eat properly and exercise properly. I hired Lauren to help me shed weight after my first pregnancy and I lost weight. I moved to an area that Lauren does not service and I really miss working with her. If you're looking for a trainer that can help you lose weight the right way, Lauren is your best bet!

When I hear "Personal Trainer",images of a huge sweaty guy that yells at you to do more pushups and that you are fat come to mind. This isn't the case with Your Mobile Gym. Lauren really takes the pressure off and gets RESULTS that are personalized, I would NEVER go back to a gym now that I can do it the Your Mobile Gym way! You can't put a price on your health but if you could, you can't find a more personalized program at this cost!!
