Very pleased
Darryle was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent several hours going through the house and checking every little thing. The report is thorough and easy to read as well. For the size of the house and time spent, Darryle's price was more than fair. I had to call Darryle afterwards with some questions and not only did he pick-up immediately, but took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Thanks Darryle!

First Time Home Buyer
The inspection was very helpful. Not only did Darryl inspect the home he took his time to explain what needed to be done. In short my husband and I learned a lot and we were able to renegotiate the contract due to problems Darryl found with the new home. We are looking forward to working with him again right before the home warranty ends. :-D

ASK for Darryle Melson!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was first impressed by his overall professionalism. He was so helpful in giving me tips to make to the repairs needed. The home buying process is stressful but he makes you feel like hes on your team and not looking to make the realtor profit more than they need to. The rate fit perfectly in my budget and best of allhes always on time. Thanks for your guidance Darryle. Much appreciated. You'll definitely get references from me!

Trustworthy Inspector - Personable
Mr. Melson is knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. My inspection was submitted within 2 hours of him completing it. He answered any questions and concerns I had about my home. He really personalizes his service and I felt he was there for ME to make sure I made the right decision in my home purchase as far as the inspection was concerned. If you don't use "If Walls Could Talk" you may be missing out on a very helpful and great home inspection experience.

The Inspector with Integrity
Mr. Melson is the best! He has inspected two homes for me. He takes his time and makes sure the buyer is aware of any potential issues. I totally trust his judgement. If you are looking for an inspector w/integrity, Mr Melson is the man!
