Crystal Cleaning Service

I felt the cleaning service was perfect for my family. I felt the price for my Deep Cleaning was very affordable. The cleaners were in my house for approx. 6 hours doing a very detailed job. Whenever the ladies had questions they would ask me and I thought that was very nice of them. I have already given Crystal Cleaning reference to several of my co-workers and family. I am sure they will be very happy with the service !

Crystal Cleaning Service standards seem to be alot higher than the competition. The attention to detail was why im writing this review. The cleaning team went through all the items which were promised to us. We were thrilled at the fact that the fridge was cleaned so well from the inside that it looked almost brand new. I was in between having the floors re-finished but I decided not to since the cleaning was so good. I had a overall great experience and its worth every penny.

We have been working on a remodeling project and house cleaning had become second priority, and the house was really dusty, so we wanted a deep cleaning. The estimator came out, gave us an estimate, which I thought seemed high, but we were in a pinch and needed the house cleaned before holiday guests come to stay with us.

The cleaning of the windows and baseboards was done well, but they left our bathroom tile floors sticky and still dirty. They didn't clean the top of the fridge or the tops of doors like they should have. And we specifically told the estimator we wanted the walls washed, and she said it would be included, but when the cleaners came, they said they just "dust" the walls, not wash them. It wasn't itemized on the estimate, so I let it go.

I signed off on the work, but wound up re-cleaning my bathroom floors, and we had to wash the walls. We found several areas that hadn't been dusted. For the $350 we paid, it seemed like we still had to do a lot of work, and I should have been able to eat off my bathroom floors. It was too expensive, and the basic things were not cleaned well at all. The company only sent 2 people to deep clean a 2600 s/f house, and they were only there 5 hours. That's just not enough time for 2 people to deep clean a house, and $35/hr/cleaner is too much to pay for house cleaning.

The service is of exceptional quality. During my first initial phone call the agent explained all services very well, which caught my attention over other companies. Secondly when the estimator came to my house for the free quote she was very pleasent and helpful. Moreover the cleaning itself speaks for itself. I dont have any complaints with this cleaning service. Im signed up for a weekly cleaning and I am very excited I dont need to pick up a mop anymore. :)

I highly recommend the cleaning service. They are very efficient and nice to work with. I switched over from another cleaning company, which I had a bad experience with. Crystal cleaners have made my experience very easy and being a student I dont have too much time for cleaning so Im glad I found such a good service. Go with them.

I have had a great experience with Crystal Cleaners. Their rates are very reasonable and there is a team of two cleaners who do my place so they are very efficient. One time the cleaners could not come out until a few hours later than their usual time and I got a call the day before and the day of apologizing for the inconvenience and ensuring that this was OK with me, which I really appreciated.

Also I accidentally left my alarm system on once and couldn't be reached to turn it off. I assumed the cleaners would leave and be unable to clean that day but they actually cleaned through the alarm! And it is very loud! I was so impressed!

I would recommend this company highly.

Hiring a cleaning service has always been a difficult task for me. I have been very adament of taking the step but I am very glad that i did. From start to finish setting up the service was very easy and the gentleman on the phone made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning team arrived on time and they started the service. I did not need to do anything. The crew worked from top to bottom and cleaned all three floors of my house. I went into this with many expectations and this company surpased them all. The service was the best ! I actually became very comfortable with the cleaning team that works for the company and they will be coming to my house on a regular basis. One specific thing I want to mention is the blinds- they look almost brand new i dont know how they did that. Great Job.

I know there are many cleaning services out there and they all claim to that they can do the best job. When it comes to doing what is asked and delivering the expected results, no company has demonstrated such quality service as Crystal Cleaning Service. I recommend your service to anyone seeking to have their homes or offices cleaned to perfection. My baseboards were scrubbed very well and they look like I just freshly painted them. Was a highlight for me during the service !

I live in the Marietta, GA area and I have used many cleaning services over the years. It was time for me to find one that I was happy with and continue with. Crystal cleaners have done a top notch job from start to finish.. I have been using the company for 6 months or so. The staff is very professional and always very attentive to my needs. The members in te office are always so polite and easy to work with. I love my cleaning team that comes on a regaular basis. My kitchen has never looked better. Thanks a million.

If I recall correctly, I have been using Crystal Cleaning for about 3 years. The cleaning has always remained consistantly awesome. I have organinzing issues and my cleaning team always goes out of there way to that for me and I always love the little personalized touches they add. I have referred most of the neighbors I know on my street and they have used the service and they have always rave about them !!! Again an Awesome cleaning service, give them a try.
